Terms for using the independent case-data tools and optional paid reports.
Use data you are authorized to access
Use the reader only with case information you are entitled to view. Do not submit another person’s credentials or attempt to use this service to access agency systems. The tools do not log in to USCIS for you.
Informational output
Results depend on the data supplied and can be incomplete. They do not replace agency notices or legal advice. The free local tools require no account or purchase.
Reports and recurring access
Redacted case saving and private report preparation are optional and require explicit storage consent. A one-time report covers one input version, with 90 days of access after verified payment. A one-time report purchase does not create a subscription. Premium is a separate recurring purchase confirmed through Stripe checkout, priced at $29.99 yearly, charged immediately and renewing each year until canceled. Monthly and lifetime purchases are not offered. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed billing terms. It includes up to 20 new report versions per day while paid access is active. You must import your own case data. Automatic USCIS monitoring, email alerts, peer benchmarks and case Q&A are not included. Renewal can be canceled in Billing; canceling renewal does not request a refund. Subscription access depends on verified payment and the paid period.
