Privacy & Data Handling
How the local case reader handles your JSON and how account and support services differ.
Local analysis
The case reader parses pasted text or a selected file in browser memory. Its analysis does not send your JSON to our server, an AI provider, or analytics. The output includes a masked receipt suffix and allowlisted case fields. Clear removes input and results from this page; it does not delete your original local file or erase browser-level history.
Public-page analytics
When configured, Google Analytics measures public-page visits and fixed actions such as completing a local analysis or preparing a report. Our event payloads exclude case JSON, receipt numbers, report and order IDs, input values, query strings and URL fragments. Analytics is not mounted on private account, report or payment pages. Payment records remain the source for financial order totals; browser event counts are not a sales ledger. Google processes analytics requests under its own service terms.
Accounts and external services
Signing in is optional for the free tools. If you choose to sign in, the existing Google or email verification service processes authentication data. Google One Tap may load a Google script when configured. Account sessions and support submissions are separate from local case analysis.
Support and sensitive information
The contact form sends the details you explicitly enter to our support service, which may use an external messaging provider. Never submit USCIS credentials, tokens, complete case JSON, A-Numbers, or identity documents. Send a general description of the issue instead.
Storage, deletion and release review
When you choose to save a case, only your chosen alias, form, receipt suffix, record date, event codes/dates and storage consent are sent to our database. Saved cases remain until you delete them. Deleting a case removes its events and consent record. Reports are stored separately after explicit consent. Their allowlisted context can include recognized status and office, filing date, notice/document categories and dates, related form/status summaries, and recognized public status history. Raw status paragraphs, names, file contents and related receipt numbers are not retained. Unpaid drafts stop being accessible after 7 days unless covered by an active Premium subscription. One-time paid reports provide 90 days of access; Premium report access follows the verified paid subscription period. Access expiry does not automatically erase stored records. You can delete a report from My Reports, while minimal payment records are retained separately. Stripe handles card payment details; case JSON is not sent to Stripe. Premium stores subscription references, billing status, paid access dates and invoice summaries in addition to report records. Stripe processes recurring payments. For account-data and privacy requests, contact support without sending case JSON or identity documents.
