Questions before you choose?
What can I check for free?
Paste your own case JSON to see recognized current-status, evidence-request and action signals, a basic event timeline, and timestamp warnings. Local analysis needs no account or card. Missing information is identified rather than filled in.
What do I get for the one-time report price?
For $2.99, you unlock one detailed report version: a plain-English summary, supported event-code explanations, field evidence, event intervals, and changes against an earlier export if you supply one. You can reopen it privately for 90 days after verified payment, or print it. Sign-in and storage consent are required. It is not a subscription.
Should I buy one report or annual access?
Choose one report if you want to understand one snapshot now. Choose $29.99 annual access if you expect to generate detailed reports repeatedly or work with several cases. The annual plan includes up to 20 new report versions per day during your valid paid period. You still import each new export yourself.
Does my purchased report update automatically?
No. A one-time purchase covers the report version you reviewed. A later export creates a new version, purchased separately for $2.99 or included during active annual access. Neither plan automatically retrieves new USCIS data.
Does annual access include alerts, benchmarks or case Q&A?
No. The current annual plan provides repeat detailed-report access. Automatic USCIS monitoring, email alerts, comparisons against other applicants and case Q&A are not included. There is no monthly or lifetime purchase option.
Do you need my USCIS password or original JSON?
We do not ask for your USCIS password. Free analysis runs in your browser. If you choose to save a case or prepare a private report, you must sign in and consent to storing selected, redacted fields. The original JSON and full receipt number are not stored with those records. Review the preview and Privacy Policy before saving.
Can I cancel annual renewal?
Yes. Open Billing and choose Cancel renewal. Paid access continues to the displayed end date unless the payment is fully refunded or disputed. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not request a refund. A separately purchased one-time report keeps its own access period.
What happens when annual access ends?
You lose subscription-based access to detailed reports when the paid period ends. A separately purchased report remains available for its own 90-day access period, unless deleted or its payment is reversed or disputed. Print reports you want to keep before your access expires.
What if I paid but cannot open my report?
Sign in with the account used to buy, then open My reports or Billing and check the payment status. If access is still missing, contact support with your order or invoice reference. Do not pay again just to restore access. See the Refund Policy for how to request help with a payment.
Can a report tell me when USCIS will approve my case?
No. Reports explain the data you supply. They do not predict approval dates or probabilities, confirm an officer reviewed a case, or replace official notices. Unsupported code meanings remain unknown. Verify important status and action requirements in your official USCIS account.
